3) I understand that my passport expiration date needs to be at least 6 months after the last day of my trip.

4) I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the group at 1:30 pm, March 27, at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion airport .

5) I understand that parts of the itinerary may change due to extenuating circumstances. (We will do everything in our power to keep itinerary as presented).

6) I understand if I am not on time for the bus while touring, I will need to meet the group by taxi.

7) I understand that I am responsible for all tour payments by the appropriate deadlines: PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $350 non-refundable deposit due upon registration; 2nd payment due August 1, 2023, and the remaining balance due October 1, 2023.

8) I understand that I am responsible for all cancellation fees if I cancel by these dates: $350 up until July 31, 2023; 50% of the tour cost from August 1 thru September 30, 2023, 100% of the tour cost from October 1, 2023 thru December 10, 2023.

9) I understand that my tour deposit payment constitutes an agreement between the parties and an acknowledgement that I have read and understand all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the tour and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions without amendment, deletion, or addition. I RELEASE Joan Peace Travel, Sar-El Tour Operators, the tour guide and bus driver, and any other parties responsible for different aspects of this tour. They assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries, illness, inconvenience, activity cancellations, theft, property damage, irregularity, or incidental damages occasioned by unplanned circumstances or by any person or reason whatsoever including but not limited to events such as strikes, pandemics, revolts, wars, natural disasters, closures of airports and/or hotels, default or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities to or included in this tour or any part thereof. Enrollment in and payment for the tour constitutes my acceptance of the program conditions and this Liability Release. The program conditions become a binding contract when my registration and payment are received.
