VITAL TRIP INFORMATION

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • $450 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Registrations are processed on a space-available basis.  

  • 50% of the remaining tour cost (including excursion and hotel add-ons) is due by July 25, 2023.

  • The final 50% and copy of your passport is due by September 25, 2023. 

 

PAYMENT TYPE: MUST BE MADE IN U.S. FUNDS. Credit cards payments on the website and checks are acceptable. Payments by credit card will incur an additional 4% fee. Make checks payable to Joan Peace Travel and write “Cruise” on the check memo. The mailing address is Joan Peace Travel, 28009 Lemonwood Dr., Menifee CA  92584.

 

PASSPORT: Be proactive if you do not have a current passport! All passengers are required to have a valid passport to depart or re-enter the USA. Your passport MUST NOT EXPIRE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE YOU RETURN HOME.

ROOMMATES: The tour price is based upon double occupancy. If you need help finding a roommate, let us know in your registration form. Without a roommate, you are responsible to pay for the second person as well.

Celestyal Journey is a brand new ship, still under renovation.

Please understand cabin arrangements, decor, and even sizes may differ.

XD EXTERIOR OCEAN VIEW ROOMS 

(Deck 5) Cabins are 195 sq ft. and can accommodate up to 4 persons with 2 lower beds and arrangements including 1 single or double sofa bed bunk, bathroom with bathtub, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box, TV, and a window. Single beds can be pushed together upon request.

SJB JUNIOR BALCONY SUITES

(Deck 9) They are 225 sq ft with 65 sq ft balconies. They can accommodate up to 3 persons, with 2 lower beds and 1 single sofa bed, bathroom with jet tub, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box, TV, panoramic window, refrigerated mini bar and balcony.

(Midship; Deck 10) These ultimate suites are 375 sq. ft. with a private step-out balcony (4-seat dining table, 2 sun loungers, 1 low table). They can accommodate up to 4 persons, with 2 lower beds and 1 double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box, TV, panoramic window, refrigerated mini bar and balcony. They have a large bathroom (whirlpool bathtub, premium bath products, bathrobes, slippers), walk-in closet (wardrobe with dressing area), iPod (docking station, fully loaded music player), bedroom (twin beds convertible to a double bed), living room (double sofa bed for 3rd-4th passenger).

Bonus amenities include priority services  such as embarkation-disembarkation, tendering, dining, spa reservations, and shore tours booking, pillow menu (concierge services with six pillow types), numerous complimentary services and amenities (laundry, shoeshine, bottled water, fresh fruits bowl), room service and  in-cabin dining (breakfast, afternoon tea), CD-DVD player, coffee machine, exclusive invitation to Captain's cocktail party, welcome letter from the ship's Hotel Director, canapes on cocktail evenings.
